1. Product

The AI Governance Kit is a digital download of editable templates and mapped frameworks (docx/xlsx/md).

2. One-time purchase

This is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no auto-renewal (decision D-2026-012). You pay once and download the kit; there is no recurring update obligation.

3. Payment

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record), which also manages VAT.

4. Delivery

Immediately after payment you receive the download link (via email from Lemon Squeezy and in your account).

5. Withdrawal and refund

As a consumer with EU rights you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Note: for digital content delivered by immediate download, you may lose the withdrawal right once you explicitly consent to immediate delivery. See also our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

The kit is licensed for internal use within your organisation. Resale or republication without written permission is not allowed.

7. Liability

The kit is provided as a starting point for AI-governance documentation, not as legal or professional advice, and does not guarantee or certify compliance with any law or standard.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
