1. Right of withdrawal

For digital content you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer.

2. Digital loss of withdrawal right

Because the kit is a digital download, once you consent to immediate delivery and the download starts, you lose your right of withdrawal.

3. No subscription, no auto-renewal

The kit is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal; a former update licence has been removed (decision D-2026-012).

4. Refund for defect/delivery error

If you report a defective download or a delivery error, we will resolve it within a reasonable time, with a refund where appropriate.
