AI Governance Kit is sold through Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). This site runs no tracking or analytics scripts and uses no non-essential cookies.

2. What we process

Orders: name and email, processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (see their privacy policy).
Third-party fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Depending on your browser, requests (including your IP address) are sent to Google.

3. Legal bases

Processing is based on performance of a (purchase) agreement and, where applicable, your consent or legitimate interest.

4. No tracking, no cookies

We place no non-essential cookies and run no analytics. No consent banner is shown as long as this remains the case.

Lemon Squeezy processes payments and order data (reliability/security).
Google Fonts receives IP/request data when fonts load.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site (security and delivery).

6. Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary for order fulfilment and legal obligations. Lemon Squeezy applies its own retention periods for payment data.
