AI Usage Statement

Last updated: 2026-08-22 · Draft — not final.

Why this statement exists

We sell governance and compliance kits that help organisations use AI responsibly and transparently — including towards the transparency obligations under the EU AI Act. We apply that same transparency to ourselves: below you can read where and how we ourselves use AI in creating this website and our products.

Where we use AI

Parts of this website and of our products have been created with AI support. Concretely, we use AI for:

What this does not mean

AI does not replace professional accountability. Every document and page concerning regulation is drafted with AI support, but subsequently checked manually and adjusted where necessary by ourselves, against the underlying source documents (legislation, standards and official guidelines). AI support is a tool in our process, not a final check.

Quality assurance

For every module or template that refers to legislation and regulations, the same process applies: first setup and text with AI support, then manual verification against the source text, and only then publication. That does not change the fact that content (co-)generated by AI may contain errors, omissions or outdated information — regulation changes, and we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the most current state at all times.

Your responsibility

Our products are a solid, regulation-aligned starting point — not a substitute for your own legal department or DPO. For every template or page that touches legal or regulatory obligations, we recommend having it validated by your own lawyer or DPO before use or publication. We are not liable for the consequences of using content (co-)generated by AI.

Questions

Do you have questions about how we use AI, or about how specific content was created? Contact us via [email address]. We will be happy to answer your question.

By using this website, you agree to the above.

This is a concept document. Have the content validated by your own lawyer/DPO before publishing it — just like the kit content itself.
